Alcohol Free Sour and Fruit Beers

They make for a refreshing and very unique style of beer which can be savoured. The acidity should be naturally produced by specific strains of bacteria added during the production. Some yeasts can also develop an acidic edge during the fermentation. If you are a cider drinker who doesn't like beer, you may well find you do like sour beers.
