FAQs

When will I get my order?

We aim to process all orders completed before midday the same day. Orders made after midday will normally be shipped the next working day. We will always ship orders as quickly as possible. We will ship your order using a next day service as we don't want your order hanging around in the courier system. At busy times of the year, during festive holidays and after bank holidays, delivery may take a little longer for some orders but the majority get there next day (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

I missed the midday cut off and I need it urgently, can you help?

Quite possibly! Our midday cut off is to allow us time to process orders before our courier comes to collect the orders. We may be able to squeeze in an extra order - contact us to see in we can help. Alternatively if you want it regardless whether we can get it to you urgently, then place your order and at checkout add a note to request we send it as soon as possible.

Is it safe to ship glass bottles by courier?

There will always be issues when shipping liquids and glass but we use bespoke boxes to minimise issues. The boxes are robust and have cardboard dividers between individual bottles to provide protection. Although we do get the occasional issue we estimate that over 95% of our parcels get delivered with no issues.

What delivery service do you use?

We use a next day service with either Fedex or DHL. A next day service refers to working days and is not guaranteed - please allow a few days for delivery.

What happens if my order is damaged on arrival?

We ask our couriers to return damaged items to us so we can send replacements. Sometimes however, drivers will not be aware of our preference and will still try and delivery the order.

You have a couple of options:

1) You can accept the parcel but ask the courier to mark it as damaged on the handheld device that records the delivery. Usually breakages are minimal (one bottle of can). Then contact us and we will refund for the damaged items. We will request pictures of the damaged packaging and the damaged item so that we can flag the issue to our courier. If you decide on this option, please be very careful of any broken glass in the packaging and on other undamaged items.

2) Alternatively you can refuse the package and ask the courier to return it to us. If you do this, please use the contact form to inform us of the return - please quote your order number. Then we can get a replacement out to you before the damaged shipment is received back to our warehouse which will speed things up.
